Miami Commission Chairman Marc Sarnoff leads a public discussion regarding the alcohol cut-off time in the City. Some bar owners want longer hours but many residents, including parents of kids killed by early morning drunk drivers. Concern is that if last call is at 5am, by the time a drunk driver leaves a bar it will be closer to 6 or 6:30am—at the same time joggers, cyclists, and people heading to work or school are on the road.
